These pictures were taken in 2004 while training the Iraqi officers and SNCO's north of Baghdad.

26 sqn in Laarbruch...the story behind the snake was that as we approached the end of our tour, we painted the snake all over the runway one drunken night. we also nicked all the signposts from all over the airport camp complex causing absolute mayhem next day when nobody knew where anything was !!! Someone nicked the airport camp commanders ensign and that was the straw that broke the camels back when he found out. he refused to let the squadron return to Germany until we took the ensign and his signs back....

Ex 51 Sqn 72 Sqn QCS and 15 Sqn RAF Regiment

I was serving at the time on 72 Sqn Battlefield Helicopters Wessex , My self and another Lad Mick Graham were chosen to go to Tangmere for a Memorial laying Ceremony.
I am pictured in the rear Behind Sir Douglas Baders right Shoulder.

Hong Kong In 1975 whilst on 51 sqd with Bob Tucker and Bob Slade I was in the middle and they were acting the goat.

Then theres me driving a landrover in n Ireland and finaly me and The Late WO Bernie Ried whilst in the RAF Regiment Association.
